How is attendance for each session recorded?
Each session will have a QR code that you will scan, just like scanning a menu at a restaurant. Make sure your device is ready!
When will I receive by CEU certificates?
Attendees will receive their CEU certificates via email once attendance reports are reviewed. Your certificates and proof of attendance with the CEUs you earned by Monday, June 29, 2026.
Food is included in your registration fee. Breakfast begins when doors open at 8am.
Hot/cold Lunch Buffet is provided with refreshments
Can I submit questions in advance of the Conference for Speakers?
Yes, you can submit questions to any and all of the presenters in advance of the conference here: https://www.middlesexcountyclerks.org/mcmca-conference/presenter-questions
Is there a Registration Deadline?
Registration closes on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to conference@middlesexcountyclerks.org by Thursday, June 18, 2026, to receive a refund, minus a $25 processing fee. Failure to notify MCMCA within the time frame will result in forfeiture of all fees. A $20 fee applies for returned checks.
Which Licenses are CEUs available for?
CEUs have been approved for RMC, CCFO, CMFO, CPWM, CTC, QPA, Planning/Zoning Secretary, Zoning Officer, Land Use Administrator, and one CMR class at the end of the day.
