BECOME AN ASSOCIATION MEMBERÂ
AFFILIATE MEMBER - Any person employed by the Municipal Clerk’s Office or works in conjunction with the Municipal Clerk’s Office in the state of New Jersey may become an Affiliate member by making application therefore and payment of the membership fee. An affiliate member may take part in the general discussions at the meetings of the Association but is not entitled to vote.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER - Any person holding the Office of County Clerk, County Deputy Clerk, or Clerk of the Board of Commissioners in Middlesex County may become an Associate member by making application therefore and payment of the membership fee. An associate member may take part in the general discussions at the meetings of the Association but is not entitled to vote.

REGULAR MEMBER - Any person holding the office of Municipal Clerk, Deputy Clerk, or Acting Municipal Clerk in one of the 21 municipalities in Middlesex County may become a member by making application therefore and payment of the membership fee. A Deputy Clerk may take part in the general discussions at the meetings of the association and in the absence of the municipal clerk may vote on matters to be voted upon by the members, provided, however, that only one vote for each municipality will be permitted.

RETIRED MEMBER - Any regular, associate, or affiliate member who has retired in good standing with the Middlesex County Municipal Clerks Association may become a retired member by making application and payment of the membership fee. The Retired member may take part in the general discussions at the meetings of the Association but is not entitled to vote. Retired members shall pay $20.00 per meeting they attend.
